This squash court is specifically designed for outdoor use. It is weatherproof and can withstand winds of up to 12 Beaufort. The structure consists of a steel frame that can be placed on a paved surface similar to that of an outdoor padelcourt, making it easy to integrate into new or existing outdoor padel facilities.
Frame: The structure consists of galvanized and powder-coated steel columns and beams, ensuring strength and durability. The frame is stabilized with steel cable braces.
Walls: The walls are made of tempered glass. The side and front walls feature a white honeycomb print with approximately 50% transparency, while the back wall is fully transparent. A net is installed above the side and front walls and partially at the top to keep the ball inside the court.
Floor: The flooring consists of slatted composite panels cushioned on a rubber subfloor. The top has a texture to give enough grip even in moistures conditions but still provides a consistent ball bounce.
Foundation: The steel frame columns are installed on a reinforced ring beam embedded within a water-permeable concrete floor, see image below.
Production: Production of the court will take about 2 months and can start directly after placing the purchase order.
Transport: One or two courts fit in a 20-foot open top container and can be shipped globally from our factory in China. Transport time will depend on shipping time from China to desired port cumulated with time for roadtransport from port to destination. In advance we will provide an estimate of total transport time. During shipment we can real time track the container.
Assembling: The outdoor court is designed to assemble or reassemble in 3-5 days. All parts can be joined by bolt and nut connections. A local contractor can assemble the court guided by a manual. For the assembling a crane must be used with a reaching height of at least 9 meters and a payload of at least 300kg.
Elevated floor:
This feature is specifically designed to place the court in any desired location thanks to a unique construction for floor and foundation. The feature is a steel ringbeam that rests on eight in height adjustable feet, allowing the entire structure to be installed on only eight prefabricated concrete slabs. This makes the court easy to set up and relocate whenever needed. The elevated, permeable floor ensures rapid drainage of rainwater and natural ventilation, keeping the court dry and well-ventilated. The flooring consists of wooden suspension beams with composite slatted floor panels on top.
